Absolutely great customer service! I recently started looking at protective cases for my modest watch collection, as I decided that a basic display case would not serve its purpose. Initially, I came across Peli/Pelican cases sold by a UK based company, but I decided against it after hearing about numerous issues with the cases and the manufacturer. The same people who advised against buying Peli/Pelican cases recommended Nanuk cases, as they seem to hold up much better, have better features for the price and are made in Canada. I came across Memfy UK, and through them I learned about Guard Dog Foam Inserts, the company who supplies their Nanuk products. I was interested in the Nanuk 904 watch case and decided to contact both companies for more information, respectively. I had several email exchanges with Simon and whereas most salespeople would intimidate their customers to purchasing something they do not need, Simon was always very honest, transparent, and responded back very promptly. I did end up purchasing directly from Memfy UK, as they had the best priec, but I am forever grateful to Simon for reassuring me that the 904 would be the perfect case for me, as it is, without any modifications. Purchased some Cases and did some foam layouts with Guard Dog and they are amazing people to work with.  Super easy and the custom stuff they do works really well.  I work in the bicycle industry and they have a huge selection of tool's already preloaded in their software, so it makes the process even easier!  Loved working with them and the whole customer service and experience was over-the-top!  Highly recommend to anyone (and they are Canadian!!)
