If you are not completely satisfied with your case or pre-built foam insert, we will issue a full refund. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Upon receiving the product, a full refund will be issued.
We work very hard to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their custom foam inserts. Because of this we offer a satisfaction guarantee!
If you find that something doesn’t fit quite right, or you misread a measurement, we will cut a replacement insert for 50% of the original price, plus the cost of shipping.
We do require you to contact us within 30 days of receiving the custom foam and for you to send back your original purchase.
We will then work together with you to ensure that everything fits perfectly in your new insert!
